Owner: Joint-venture of Nghi Son Oil Chemical Refinery Company Limited (NSRP) consisting of: Petroleum of Vietnam (25.1% of capital), Kuwait Petroleum International Company (KPI) (35.1% of capital), Idemitsu Kosan Company (IKC) (35.1% of capital) and Mitsui Chemical Incorporated (MCI) (4.7% of capital)
