LILAMA approaches more closely to the project of Building and Developing nuclear energy in Vietnam

So as to prepare the labour force for Ninh Thuan 1 nuclear power plant, Lilama is now deploying to select, train and upgrade skills for their engineers and workers in Russia.

     Implementing the Cooperation Agreement signed in 2012 with NIAEP JSC – Russia regarding the deployment of selecting, training and upgrading skills for engineers and workers so as to prepare labour force for the project of building Ninh Thuan 1 nuclear power plant, up to 17/3/2013 there are 13 in the total of 28 people of LILAMA who have left for Russia to study, work and practise at Machine Unit 3, 4 at site of Rostov nuclear power plant - one of the most important projects of NIAEP.

     On the first days in Russia, the LILAMA delegation of engineers and workers have been welcomed by their partner in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Through the popularizing safety regulations, and other rules at site as well as in dormitory, through the visits and making friend with the partner at site, the LILAMA delegation has integrated step by step into the way of living and working at a site that has never been constructed in Vietnam. For the time being, the delegation has finished all the first obligatory procedures for foreign labourers in Russia and stated to work at site. With the knowledge and experience accumulated from the partner's experts and workers, after 9 months of working and practicing, the LILAMA delegation will come back to Vietnam and become the core force to implement the project of building Ninh Thuan 1 nuclear power plant.
