Lilama 69-2: signing 02 contracts of manufacture & export with DAMEN SHIPYARDS GORINCHEM (Holland)
Implementing the strategic policy of developing equipment manufacture work and expanding export market outside the country, recently, Lilama 69-2 JSC has signed 02 export contracts with DAMEN SHIPYARDS GORINCHEM (Holland) to manufacture the support system (cradle) for pull & push ship, and the work volume of phase 1 is about 120 tons.
This contract marks the first step in specialization of manufactured mechanical products and development of foreign markets in field of supplying and manufacturing export ship equipment of Lilama 69-2.
Pull & push ship ATD 2412 do designed by DAMEN Corp. (Holland)
Ship ASD 2810 Hybrid is the most modern pull & push one to tow large ships to port for the time being of DAMEN Corp. The ship has got a diesel dynamic system operating by direct engine, diesel- electricity and provision power source. It has provision source of power, so it can switch off all engines while still staying at its current place, controlling and moving without a pulling engine. The ship is 28.67m long, 10.43m wide, water-line of 5.3m and its pulling force is 57 tons, speed of 12.9 knots, total capacity of 5,000 bhp, revolving US 205x2.
Lilama 69-2 is now performing the project of manufacturing cover for cargo cellar
in ship of 20,000 tons for Northeastern Ship Building Company
In addition to the main field of manufacturing and installing steel structure equipment, recently, Lilama 69-2 JSC has signed many contracts of manufacturing parts of new built ships such as: manufacturing cover of cargo cellar in ship of 22,000 tons for Northeastern Ship Building Co., supplying & manufacturing support system for pull & push ships of DAMEN Corp.
The Company Leader Board has shown their determination to perform this contract with high quality and on time schedule so as to preserve their prestige to the potential customers.
