Commencement of installing steel structures for Boiler 2 - Thai Binh 2 thermal power plant
In the morning of October 10th, in Thai Thuy district - Thai Binh province, LILAMA Corporation in coordination with Vietnamese Oil Gas Corporation and the Oil Gas Construction & Installation Corp. (PVC) has commenced to install steel structures for Boiler 2 or Thai Binh 2 thermal power plant project.
Exactly at 9:00 a.m, the first steel structure equipment of Boiler 2 has been taken to its installation place safely and accurately. As planned, from now on to August 2016, 16,000 tons of steel structure equipment and auxiliaries of Boiler 2 which has the capacity of 600MW will be finished by Lilama 69-1 JSC.
As we know, the package of installing Boiler 2 of the project has been awarded to Lilama 69-1 (member of LILAMA Corp.) to implement. In preparation for this work, Lilama 69-1 has mobilized a lot of machines and equipment and especially 600 engineers and skilled workers to site to participate in installing equipment.
Mr Nguyen Hong Sy - Director of Lilama Project Board in Thai Binh 2 thermal power plant said he believed that with the long-term experience in performing thermal power plants, Lilama 69-1 would well control their work, finish and handover Boiler 2 of the project on time with high quality and safety.
