lilama 69-1: installing successfully absorbing tower for Thai Binh amoni nitrification production plant
On 10/10, at site of Thai Binh amoni nitrification production plant, Contractor Lilama 69-1 (member of LILAMA Corporation) has installed successufully the absorbing tower, an important equipment of the plant.
The absorbing tower was put at the safe position of installation
At 10:10 a.m on 10/10/2013, the equipment weighed 163 tons with diameter of 4m and 45m high was started to put at the position of installation by 02 cranes of 550 tons và 250 tons. Previously, the preparation work and performance method had been checked and calculated in computer... After 3 hours, the equipment has been put at the position of installation safely and exactly (at the right code center) in witness of the Owner Micco, PMC and Consortium Uhde-TTCL Group.
The successful installation of the absorbing tower has not only marked an important milestone of schedule in the process of the plant construction to switch to the phase of installing main technological equipment, but also affirmed the capability of Lilama 69-1 in performing civil and industrial projects, affirmed its position in the Consortium of EPC Main Contractor Uhde-TTCL Group, and asserted the confidence to Consultant PMC and Owner Micco. Since the official participation in Consortium EPC (19/5/2012) up to now, Lilama 69-1 has installed 1380 tons of steel structures equivalent to 51% of the total work volume, transported 1297 tons to site, installed 555 tons of equipment, successfully manufactured 5/6 tanks & vessels and installed successfully the system of large tanks such as: tanks of Nitrite Acid, tanks of after treatment water....
The project of Amoni nitrification production owned by Mine Chemical Industrial Corporation (member of Vietnam Coal & Mineral Group). This plant has being built in the land of the Industrial Group in Thai Tho commune, Thai Thuy district with the area of 22.6 ha. The total investment in the plant has been approximately VND 5,800 billion (equivalent to USD 277 million). The EPC Main Contractor is Consortium Uhde – TTCL Group consisting of: ThysenKrupp Uhde, Toyo Thai, Lilama 69-1 and Toyo Vietnam. Lilama 69-1 has been participating in the role of contractor of manufacturing and installing the entire equipment and steel structures for the plant.
