Training on Occupational Safety and Health year 2025 opens in LILAMA

On May 26^th 2025 morning, the opening celebration on Training Occupational Safety and Health year 2025 was held in LILAMA’s head office. Participants attended were Mr. Bui Duc Kien – LILAMA Chairman of BOM, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung – President & CEO, members of BOM, BOD, and staffs for the first training day.

The Training content presented is followed and conformed to the Decree No.44/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15^th, 2025 and some supplements and amendments in the Decree No.140/2018/NĐ-CP dated October 10^th 2018, with the involvement of all leaders and staff from the functional departments and performance units of LILAMA Corporation for 03 days learning, in which detail instructions and guidance on Safety and Health specifified to each occupational group conforming to the State’s legal regulations, as follow:

1^st Group: including Heads of company, divisions, departments, sub-branches; persons in charge of production, sale, technique departments; factory foreman or the same level; deputy of the leading manager who are assigned to be in charge of occupational safety and health.

3^rd Group: labourers working in jobs with highly-strict requirement on safety and health whose work named in the List of jobs with highly-strict requirement on safety and health issued by the Ministry of Labour, Warrior Invalids and Social Affairs.

4^th Group: Labourers not belong to the 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th and 6^th groups according to the State’s current regulation including apprentice, intership, probationary staff who will work for the employer.

5^th Group: Medicalcare staff

6^th Group: Safety and hygiene staff as stated in the Article 74 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health
