Lilama has finished on time many items of the National Assembly Building project
Overcoming a lot of difficulties during the process of performing the assigned Package, all Lilama engineers and laborers are now working urgently to finish on time each item, contributing together with other contractors to put the project into operation as per the defined schedule.
Perspective of the National Assembly Building
Mr Nguyen Van Nguyen - Vice Director of Lilama Project Managing Board said that at this project, Lilama was responsible for installing the electrical system for the project and testing & adjusting mechanical electrical equipment including: transformer station, provision transformer station, photo-electric battery system; manufacturing and installing steel structures and so on …
Up to now, Lilama has tried the best to achieve the defined schedule, however, there is still alot of work volume and this depends on the area handover by construction contractors. The transformer has been at the waiting location due to the lack of installation area. The cable rack ladder system has reached 95%, the work of threading lighting wire has achieved 45%. The support system for big bar has been finished, and as planned, on 20/10 it will be installed. The steel structure manufacturing work has been fulfilled, and its installation work has reached 7000 tons, the rest has being galvanized. As anticipated, on 15/1/2013 the whole work of installing steel structure for the project will be finished. From the middle of Octorber, Lilama will pull electrical cable and lighting wire.
As reported by Theo báo cáo của BQLDA Đầu tư Xây dựng Nhà Quốc hội và Hội trường Ba Đình: Các gói thầu đã ký hợp đồng, đang triển khai các nhà thầu sẽ cố gắng đáp ứng tiến độ yêu cầu, tuy nhiên việc phụ thuộc vật tư, thiết bị nhập khẩu, yếu tố thời tiết và các phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai là những khó khăn không thể tránh khỏi. Các gói thầu khác, về chủ quan thì một số gói thầu chưa ký hợp đồng sẽ có nhiều rủi ro về tiến độ. Về khách quan, việc ảnh hưởng, phụ thuộc giữa các gói thầu cũng là các khó khăn cần phải được giải quyết kịp thời.
Dự án xây dựng Nhà Quốc hội dự kiến hoàn thành vào tháng 5/2014, bàn giao đưa vào sử dụng vào tháng 8/2014, kịp thời phục vụ kỳ họp thứ 8 Quốc hội khóa 13.
