Lilama 45-1: installing equipment for Radian all steel car tyre manufacturing plant Casumina Binh Duong
After awarded the bid of installing the entire production line of the plant, at 1st phase, with the performance duration of 04 months and the value of VND 45 billion, the Company has started work in July 2013. up to now 3,000 tons of technology equipment has been finished, achieving 80% of the work volume.
At the moment the company is conducting to pull cables, install electric boards, connect cable ends and at the same time performing the work of installation, insulation of 10,000 m of high pressure pipeline. As anticipated, all the work volume will be finished in the end of 2013.
The Radian all steel car tyre manufacturing plant – Casumina - Binh Duong invested by The Southern Rubber Industry JSC (Casumina) with USD 160 million has been constructed in the area of over 12 ha in Uyen Hung town, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province. The construction of the plant consists of 3 phases: Phase 1, up to the end of 2013, will achieve the production capacity of 350,000 tyres annually; Phase 2, from the end of 2013 to the end of 2015, the capacity will reach 600,000 tyres per year; and Phase 3, from the end of 2015 to year 2017, it will be enhanced by 1,000,000 tyres per year. The plant products will be supplied and distributed to markets inside and outside the country.
