Thai Binh Amon Nitrat project achieves 2 million hours of safe labour

Owner's representative awarded Certificate for Lilama 69-1's leader

     People coming to the party were Mr Pham Van Xuyen - Vice Chairman of Thai Binh people's committee, Mr Vu Ngoc Khieu - Director of Industrial Commercial Department. Regarding the project, Mr Tran Dang Phi - Project Manager together with the EPC Contractor Consortium's leaders and all engineers & labourers at site also attended the party.

     In a speech at the merry-making party, Mr Tran Dang Phi showed his respect to the effort of the Consortium and all people participating in the project construction to achieve 2,000,000 hours of safe labour. This achievement resulted from the enthusiasm and responsibility of Project Safety Board, the concern and close guidance from the EPC Contractor Consortium's leaders.

     On behalf of Thái Bình, Mr Pham Van Xuyen congratulated the Project Management Board, EPC Contractor Consortium and all labourers at site. However he reminded "From now on to the plant operation in the end of the year there will be a lot of difficulties and challenges, so the safety work should be maintained better to assure safety for labourers. The local authorities will make it possible for  ANP Thai Binh to be finished safely with high quality".

     Over the past 2 years performing, with the close coordination among Owner PMC, EPC Contractor Consortium and especially Lilama 69-1 Contractor, they have overcame all difficulties of weather and infrastructure to finish the giant work volume, satisfying the project schedule, assuring the project quality and safety work during the project performance.

     This is the first project that Lilama 69-1 cooperates with Uhde (Germany) and TTCL (Thailand) to be the EPC Contractor Consortium. The project has a big volume of construction and installation, so the safety work must be done in a serious, scientific and close way. From the stage of designing; surveying; making-out, considering and awarding the performance method to implementing project all had been particularly concerned and negotiated by Owner, PMC and EPC Contractor Consortium so that the safety work would be the best.
