LILAMA Trade Union: organized contest of good cadres in 2016

Effectuating the plan of Standing Committee of Vietnam Construction Trade Union for organizing a contest of trade union good cadres of the whole construction branch in 2016, in the morning of July 29th in Hanoi, under agreement of the leaders, Lilama Trade Union organized a contest for good cadres in 2016.

People participating in the contest were Mr Vu Ngoc Chinh - leader from Vietnam Construction Trade Union (VCTU), Mr Do Duc Thuoc - Chief of Policy Dept. of VCTU. People coming from Lilama were Mr Ha Quang Luong - Chairman of Lilama Trade Union together with members of standing committee of Corporate trade union, Chairmans of trade union of subsidiary companies and 27 contestants.

The contest had 3 contents: theory, situation handling and aptitude. Contestant showed their knowledge about trade union organization, the role of cadres in gathering and uniting members of trade union in new time, they also gave ideas, appreciations and solutions to deal with difficulties in their own units.

Finally, contestant Cao Thi Du from Lilama 69-3 trade union won the first prize, contestant La Thi Bich Lien from Corporate trade union and Do Thu Huyen from Lilama 69-1 Pha Lai won the second prizes. Winners would represent the whole Corporate trade union cadres to attend the Contest of Vietnam Construction Trade Union of year 2016.

This contest gave a good chance for all trade unions from subsidiary companies within Lilama Corporation to exchange, study and share experience with eachother, contributing to build the entire Corporate trade union to develop stably in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country.
