LILAMA and Thyssenkrupp Nucera signs MOU in cooperation on Hydrogen projects development
At 14h30 on Jan 26th 2026, at LILAMA’s head office (124 Minh Khai street, Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi), LILAMA Corporation and Thyssenkrupp Nucera AG & Co.KgaA officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation for green hydrogen projects, marking an important milestone in both companies’ clean energy transition and sustainable development strategies.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Nguyen Van Hung – LILAMA President & CEO and Mr. Klaus Ohlig – Thyssenkrupp Nucera Chief Technology Officer (CTO), establishing a long-term cooperation framework for jointly exploring, developing and implementing green hydrogen projects inside and outside Vietnam.
The event of MOU signing is not only to affirm LILAMA’s position and capability in the energy and industry sector but also open up opportunities for LILAMA to join deeply the green hydrogen value chain – a field is defined as a backbone in the roadmap of carbon emissions reduction and green economy development in the world.
