LILAMA successfully completes fabrication and assembly of 27 electrolytic modules for EU export

The event marks an important milestone in LILAMA’s journey along with the global chain of green hydrogen energy, while affirming LILAMA technicians’ qualification and skill in the green industry era.

Mr. Hoang Dinh Huu – LILAMA GH2 Project Manager said: “The project on modules fabrication and assembly work is the special not only for its scale and engineering, but also our commitment to the Client – The Nucera (NCA) for safety securing and outstanding quality. This is the foundation for NCA and LILAMA to construct more world-statured green plants in the future.

Within 15 months from the starting date, LILAMA project management board, engineers and workers had worked constantly with creativity to get over limitations on scale, preciseness and strict requirements on technique and schedule.

During the whole process, from July 2024 to October 2025, LILAMA has performed the manufacturing of about 2,000 tons of steel structures, over 40,000 inches of pipes and successfully assembling 27 electrolytic modules. All works meet the technical standard and safety as the Nucera required.

Those impressive figures are the professional ethic, persistence, studiousness, progressive attitude, and respect to the clients of over 500 LILAMA engineers and workers. Under the close collaboration between LILAMA and Thyssenkrupp Nucera teams, 1.25 million of safe man-hours have been gained, marking a proud landmark to evidently show the safe discipline and culture in every production stage.

The electrolytic module batches produced by LILAMA have been completed, packed and handed over to the Thyssenkrupp NCA for EU export. The products are highly appreciated by the Client for the stringent procedure of detailed package, careful shipment satisfying strictly technical requirement.

That the constant export of high-quality module batches to EU has certified LILAMA’s capability of mechanical manufacturing with the ability of controlling and excellent quality securing reaching the regional level. LILAMA also increasingly asserts its position as a strategic partner of the world leading industrial groups, making a significant contribution into the global green energy transition.
