Sealing ASME stamp with trademark Lilama at Mong Duong I thermal power plant
This was the first time Certificate ASME (of the US National Committee) was used and sealed on Boiler CFB (tầng sôi tuần hoàn) No.1A at Mong Duong 1 thermal power plant (Cam Pha town - Quang Ninh province).
The happiness of Lilama engineers when achieving this result
Sealing standard ASME on boiler with large capacity of an important thermal power project like Mong Duong 1 (2 x 500 MW) was conducted under the serious supervision of AIA - Authorized Inspection Agency (an authorized organ of ASME). This work marked an important step for profession skills, installation quality as well as the speciality of Lilama to meet the more and more severe requirements when integrating with international market.
The certificate board has been put on top of steam drum of the plant
This was an achievement of labourers from Sao Mai machinery installation enterprise - Lilama 69-1 JSC (member of LILAMA Corporation) over the past year when ASME system was applied for the first time for a giant boiler like Mong Duong 1. To achieve this, the LILAMA's enginees and workers had to install successfully all parts of boiler efficiently, safely according to technical requirements and defined schedule. All procedures of welding, NDE and PWHT, ITP had to be made out and considered accurately, clearly in a scientific way and in accordance with ASME code.
Sealing ASME stamp was a marking event of ending boiler installion and coming to the boiler finish, installing the piping system outside boiler and turbine before commissioning.
To achieve this result, 800 labourers of Sao Mai Enterprise had to do their best in both fields: quality control and performance with help from Owner - Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), main contractor (HDEC) and LILAMA Project Management Board.
