Lilama has launched an emulation in Nghi Son oil chemical refinery plant project

For the 2015 special emulation launched by the Vietnamese Construction Trade Union, and under the agreement of Lilama Corporation leaders, in the morning of April 2nd, Corporate trade union together with Lilama project board and the member companies in Nghi Son oil chemical refinery project site have organized an emulation launching ceremony in order to speed up the construction schedule of the project, contributing to finish the 2015 planned production targets and in celebration of national great holidays.

People attending and guiding the ceremony are Mr Nguyen Van Binh - Labour Hero, member of Vietnamese Labour General League, member of Executive Committee of Construction Ministry Party, Chairman of Vietnamese Construction Trade Union; as for Lilama, Mr Nguyen Dinh Hai - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Member Board; Mr Ha Quang Luong - standing member of Vietnamese Construction Trade Union, Chairman of Lilama trade union; Mr Tran Dinh Dai - Vice General Director cum Director of Lilama Management Board at Nghi Son oil chemical refinery project; other members of standing committee, members of executive committee of Corporate trade union and leaders from 13 subsidiaries of Lilama Corp., together with all staff participating in the project construction.

At the ceremony, 13 subsidiaries of LILAMA (Lilama 3, Lilama 5, Lilama 7, Lilama 10, Lilama 18, Lilama 69-1, Lilama 69-2, Lilama 69-3, Lilama 45-1, Lilama 45-3, Lilama 45-4, Lisemco, Lilama EMC) and the Lilama Management Board have committed themselves to mobilize adequate manpower, material, construction facilities and work in extra shifts in accordance with the schedule, quality, safety in order to well finish all assigned items and work volumes; obey all regulations of safety at site; well assure the living standards, working conditions, wages and favourable regimes for labourers; reinforce the management work and encourage technical innovation activities so as to reduce loss, avoid waste and enhance the production efficiency, accomplish the 2015 duties excellently.

Mr Ha Quang Luong - Chairman of Lilama trade union said that the emulation would be summed up partially in 2 times (19/5 & 2/9) and totally summarized on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Lilama foundation (1/12/1960-1/12/2015). He insisted, the work volume was very big, so all LILAMA staff at site had to be solidary, determined and effortful to finish the work in accordance with standards, safety and the committed schedule.

Mr Tran Dinh Dai - Lilama Vice General Director on behalf of the whole staff participating in the project construction advocated the emulation and committed himself to guide the employees to accomplish the signed targets excellently

Speeking at the ceremony, Mr Nguyen Van Binh emphasized that besides the effort and initiative promotion, all Lilama staff should pay much attention to safety work. Moreover, Lilama should timely discover excellent individuals and collectives to encourage, commend and reward them, propose certificates of merit from Ministry of Construction or Construction Trade Union for them.

In Nghi Son oil refinery project, LILAMA is responsible for installing more than 56 thousands of equipment, including 10 thousands tons to be manufactured by themselves. This is the project having largest capacity in Vietnam with the output of 200 thousands tanks per day. As anticipated, the plant will be finished in 2017, satisfying 70% of the oil petrol need of the whole country.
