Party Committee of Lilama headoffice organized conference of studying & being aware of Resolution of National Party Congress XII
Effectuating plan No. 23-KH/QU dated 9/6/2016 of Hai Ba Trung district party committee with regard to studying and being aware of Resolution of National Party Congress XII, this morning August 26th 2016, Lilama headoffice Party Committee has organized a conference for learning, being aware of and deploying to implement the Resolution.

The conference listened to Mr Tran Hanh Kiem – lecturer of Hanoi city committee of the Party to present the basic contents of political report in National Party Congress XII; this report summarized the implementation of Central Resolution 4 (term XI) ”Urgent matters in building up the Party today”; assessing results of implementing the task of economic-social development over the past 30 years of innovation, our country had attained great achievements having historical meaning; also we had a lot of big, complicated problems, a lot of restriction and weakness to be dealt with in order to help our country develop more rapidly, more stably. Resolution of Congress XII also mentioned the general target as well as important items and 6 focus tasks in the 5 years from 2016 to 2020 and so on.
Through the conference, cadres and party members of Lilama headoffice had a thorough understanding of basic contents, new things in policies, points of view and solutions mentioned in documents of Party Congress XII, from which they would heighten their awareness, promote it actively and creatively to put the Resolution into the real life. This was also a wide & deep political activity to propagandize Resolution of Party Congress XII to all cadres and party members of Lilama headoffice so as to enable them to have a trust, actively attend patriotic emulation movements and well accomplish their duties.
