Lilama 18: exports equipment to many countries in Quarter III, 2016

In parallel with installing equipment in many national important projects, Lilama 18 also has a strong point in manufacturing export equipment. In Steel Structure and Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Factory of Lilama 18 (Binh Duong), leaders and labourers of the Company have made efforts to work and produce a lot of products with high quality. Particularly in Quarter III/2016, products manufactured by Lilama 18 have been exported to many countries all over the world such as: USA, Mexico, Kuwait, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia…

     First, we will talk about the familiar product of Lilama 18: container crane. In Quarter III, the Company has finished 02 Rubber Tyred Container Gantry Cranes with capacity of 120 tons for its customer Saigon New Port, all the manufacturing process was supervised by Mitsui Engineering (Japan). The products have been completed and handed over to New Port. Performing the contract signed with Kocks Crane, Lilama 18 has accomplished and handed over 03 products including 01 Feeder Server weighed 410 tons handed over at Da Nang Port and 02 Boxer Cranes weighed 880 tons exported to Wilmington port – Delaware State of USA.

    In cooperation with John Zink Hamworthy, Lilama 18 is manufacturing handing over many products for projects in Malaysia, Kuwait such as: Rapid #3, Rapid #5, Petrofac. In this Quarter III, Lilama 18 has handed over and exported to Malaysia a part of package Rapid #5 (Malaysia), the entire package Petrofac (Kuwait), including Derrick Structure, Flare Riser & Liquid Seal… The rest are being deployed in accordance with defined schedule. Moreover, the Company has signed some more export contract with John Zink Hamworthy for such projects as Punj Lloyd – Rapid #22, KOC – Petrofac (Kuwait) và Bechtel (). Once again, Lilama 18 has fortified and asserted its prestige to customer John Zink Hamworthy through well performing contracts, assuring the delivery date as well as product quality.

     Besides, Lilama 18 also manufactured some equipment of steel factory for customer Danieli and exported some to Tokyo Steel (Japan) and Mexico.

     Following successes in Quarter III, in Quarter IV of 2016, Lilama 18 will have to perform a large work volume: finishing the rest items in 03 packages signed with Rapid; accomplishing 50% of work volume in bidding packages ITT signed with John Zink; commencing to manufacture 02 cranes for Kocks Crane for Hai Phong port in November 2016. With professional spirit, it is sure that Lilama 18 will complete all work as per defined schedule.
