Project Team No.9 (LILAMA 18): emulating to achieve success
To promote the activeness, initiative and creativeness of labourers, as a rule, Project Team No.9 of Lilama 18 JSC registers its target of production emulation every 3 months. The team always sets up the aim for each phase of work to meet requirements of safety, quality and schedule of all projects.
At the moment, Project Team No.9 from Lilama 18 JSC is responsible for performing 2 projects: Thai Binh thermal power plant and Duyen Hai 3 Expansion thermal power plant with the duty of installing electric equipment & Instrument. During the period from 15/6 đến 02/9/2016, with total staff of 280 people, the Team has registered its targets to accomplish as follows: conducting system 24KV, 2000A having length of 131m; installing 38 controlling cabinets, 33 medium voltage cabinets of machine unit 2, 97 low voltage cabinets of machine unit 1 & 2; pulling and connecting 445m of medium voltage cable, 10,000m of low voltage cable and 25,000m of controlling and signal cable. The Team also committed itself not to cause unsafety and fire within the construction area.

Those targets were approved by Trade Union Chairman of Lilama 18 JSC with proposed reward money of 300,000,000 dongs from reward fund of the Company.
Being advocated by Company leader board and trade union, all staffs of Project Team No.9 have tried their best in working. To complete the missions and targets, in addition to normal ways, they had many initiatives to enhance effectiveness of their jobs. For the time being, in Thai Binh thermal power project, the weather is very hot, they encourage eachother to overcome hardships. With every passing day, the work has been finished gradually. As a result, registered work volume has been accomplished on 22/8/2016, 10 days ahead of schedule. Also, the reward money of 300,000,000 dongs have been awarded to them by Company General Director.
Being re-established on 23/9/2015, up to now, Project Team 9 has been working again for a year. To encourage all staffs, the team celebrated its first anniversary of foundation on 24/9/2016 and summarized labour emulation in period from 15/6 to 02/9/2016 in the construction site of Thai Binh thermal power plant. In the ceremony, a lot of performance items of artists as well as Lilama 18 employees were shown on the stage in happy and joyful atmosphere. For Lilama 18 labourers who are always far from home, this was a really meaningful activity, encouraging them after hard working hours, then they would continue their jobs actively.
